Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate is a rich dark chocolate made from high-quality cocoa beans in Ecuador, Madagascar, Ghana and the Caribbean Islands. It has a moderate intensity but has been masterfully balanced to be neither bitter nor overpowering (a result of hours of conching, a technique that removes unwanted acidity and promotes a smooth texture). Its undertones of dry cherry, orange and vanilla make it appealing to the dark chocolate lover who still enjoys a subtle sweetness.
